Let's twist again! Chubby Checker makes his debut at Miller to celebrate nearly 50 years in the music industry. Chubby Checker revolutionized our culture with “Dancing Apart to the Beat” when he introduced “The Twist” to the world. From Woodstock to the 21st century, artists and fans express themselves in a fashion that Chubby first presented to a national audience on American Bandstand in 1960. That’s the reason why Dick Clark said "The three most important things that ever happened in the music industry are Elvis Presley, The Beatles, and Chubby Checker." Chubby Checker has sold an amazing 250 million records over the years. Over the last few years, a whole new generation has been introduced to Chubby Checker. He has signed a major label deal with RED/Sony.
