Triathlon/Duathlon training sessions with no rules :)

The standard course of Triathlon: Swim 1.5 km, Bike 40 km, and Run 10 km
The usual format for a duathlon is run-bike-run, meaning you start with a run, then transition to the bike, then transition back to running again.
Yes, all of these are true, but not for training!
Do your prefer first to run and after swim? Or first to bike and after swim? Just do what is the BEST for you! Do any, two, or all of the sports at this lake. Personally I will likely be swimming and then immediately bike.
You can check the 288 Lake''s swim and bike routes here http://www.288lake.net/maps-and-directions/76-swim-and-bike-routes. Note, most of the running area is not shaded so bring sunscreen. 3 loops around the lake =2 miles.
If you want to join us, please look for Melissa and the BCO yellow sign at a picnic table. We will meet here to start and plan who is doing what (or you can also comment in you RSVP). If you want, bring picnic lunch, drinks to have after training at our picnic table.
