Interval training at Dixie Farm Rd Park
There is a 1 1/4 mile track there that we can run and/or walk on. I don''t like interval training :)) so I hope that having some company will make it more fun.
We will start at 6:30 PM with a warm up for 15 minutes and then run/walk for 30 with a 15 minute cool down at the end. I will be alternating between walking and jogging.
Please bring water, there are no fountains at the park! This is a small Park, there are a few porta-potties, but no restrooms with running water.
