Fountain Bike Tour
Let's check out the fountains of Houston!
From the Heights to Allen Parkway to Downtown
to the Medical Center, an adventure awaits!
We will meet at 8:15 AM at Onion Creek Cafe. Joe will be on his recumbent bike which should be easy to spot.
We will start at 8:30 AM and bike towards Allen Parkway to see the dandelion fountain. From Allen Parkway we will bike towards downtown where we will see 5 fountains. Then we will bike to Discovery Green. Then we will bike to Herman Park, then the medical center then back to our starting location.,
We should be back to our starting spot at around noon. For those wanting to have lunch at Tacos a Go Go. The total distance should be around 22 miles at a pace of 10 to 12 miles per hour. Will be canceled in case of rain, check back for weather updates.
