Trail running for Turtles
or the slower side of our runners

Now that Daylight Savings has happened, this is a night run.
The trails are very different and fun experience at night. It’s not as hard as you think it might be to run the trails at night. All you need is your normal running gear and a flashlight or headlamp.
In the beginning, we will run about 12-13 minute miles, likely alternating between running and walking. We will be sure to adjust the speed and intervals based on the group.
Come on out to Memorial Park for a 3ish mile trail run/walk through the woods at Memorial Park after work.
We will meet at 5:50 pm. We'll be starting at 6:00 pm.
Wear shoes that you normally run in, the trails are dirt with some ups and downs.
Don't forget to bring a flashlight or headlamp!!!
