We meet for a power walk intergrating slow running for a few minutes around the Memorial Park Walking/Running Trail. If anyone wants to change their pace based on their ability that is fine, just make sure you are comfortable with what you can do: run faster, slower, or walk.

We will walk/jog the three mile loop around the park. If people are interested we can do the loop a second time for a total of six miles.
