Conversational Spanish

If you're starting to learn Spanish or it's been on your list of things to do for a while now, join us for a casual, beginner conversation over coffee. The goal is to learn phrases we would use in your everyday life.

This week, we're keeping a diary of basic things we did throughout the week. So you can research short sentences and relate them back to things you've done.

After last week's call, we changed up the google document a little. We added a section to help conjugate verbs and we added some more foods that you would see on a camping trip fo breakfast.

Within the document, you can create a section for your diary so others can follow along as you talk about your week. Because not everyone will have the same vocabulary. But we'll try to use some common verbs so you can focus on particular areas. For example, I like, I eat, I cook, I have, I clean. These are likely things we're doing this week.

I'll also pull up translate.google.com and share my screen. So if we need to look up anything, we can.

I'm very new at this so I'll need really slow speaking, please.
