Is this the year you train to run the Houston Marathon? Have you always wanted to “run a half” but didn’t know where to start? Itching to take your trail shoes out of the closet and onto the dirt? Let us help you get out on the roads and trails! We’ll show you where to run and trails to check out in the Houston area. Demonstrations will show which shoes are best for your type of feet and what running gear keeps you cool. We’ll talk about common running injuries and causes. Let us help you get you on the right “track” for your next running adventure.
